A new collection of duplex residences at luxury development Midtown Modern. Dubbed the Sky-Bungalow Collection has been unveiled by mainboard-listed developer GuocoLand with the release of availability of six units inclusive a penthouse unit located on levels 29 and 30 of the South Tower.
This Midtown Modern sky bungalow of double-storey unit measures a real estate size of 3,616 sq ft and is closely equivalent to an amalgamation of two four-bedroom apartments. These bungalows of six pairs of four-bedroom units on the top floors of the two towers located on levels 24 to 30 are reserved and were not put up for sale during Midtown Modern’s launch in March 2021.
To create a duplex home featuring five bedrooms from this new condo development, each pair was reconfigured making them the largest residences in the development and such units come with price tag from $15.5 million ($4,287 psf), going up to $17 million ($4,701 psf) for the penthouse Sky-Bungalow which will be launched soon.
