843 units of new launch condo were sold in March. Developers sold a total of 843 new condominium units in March, with well supported sales being boost by the new launch of several successful projects most of which are mixed developments.
Last month bestsellers were namely The Wisteria and Cairnhill Nine, which sold 125 units and 177 units respectively. Sales figure in March was almost three times that of February’s new home sales of just 303 units. Taking executive condominium units into consideration, developers sold 1,328 units in March.
For Sturdee Residences in city fringe District 8, 40% of the development by Sustained Land were sold during its new condo launch in April i.e 120 units of its 305 units were sold.
